help me identify this tune?!

I got a mix from someone with no tracklist and it has this track on it with a sample from The Temptation's: I Can't Get Next To You
that's really all the info I can give because that's the most distinctive thing about it...idk if that's enough to go off of but still...any help would be appreciated
